Why is the market so crazy?

Tight inventory has made 2021 a great year to list a home. We have seen record prices with levels as high and, in some cases, higher than 2017. There are so many moving parts to a real estate transaction and areas where your liability can be at risk. We manage those risks and make the process smooth. Since March, we have seen inventory levels rise, which can point to a change in the market. Supply and demand are what signals whether we are in a seller's market or balanced. Markets vary by product, city and subarea.
