We got in touch with you when we were living in Montreal. Maureen is quite demanding when dealing with realtors. We found you to be honest and straight forward. You were always available to answer our questions … there many questions. We felt that money was not your first priority, but service to us as customers came first. We have the feeling that you treated is as friends and not customers. I never saw you lose your temper or composure. Not many people can do that. Helen was fantastic! We met her at an open house and by the end of that week we had seen everything that fit our criteria in North Vancouver. As first time home buyers we had a lot of questions – Helen was able to answer them all and provide us with some great guidance and advice.
