The two other listings were a 2451 sq ft duplex priced at $1,235M and a duplex lot in Horseshoe Bay. North Vancouver has 12 new listings. Best value is the 2300 sq ft home in Lynnmore price at $639,900. Currently there are 54 homes in North Vancouver priced under $750k and 31 homes priced under $1M in West Vancouver.
